Before everyone shouts, you have breast cancer, I should point out that I am a 39 year old Male.

I noticed one day that my right nipple has gone completely inverted.  This happened some years ago and it has stayed like that ever since.  It's not paintful or anything so I just figured it was nothing to worry about and left it.

I have high cholesterol and my blood pressure can also sometimes go into the high/normal range.  Other than that I thought I was completely healthy.

Is this something I should be worried about or not ?

Thanks for any help or advice
