Well, since November I've had this weird pain on my left side. At first, it wasn't that bad, but I basically couldn't stand it because the pain would come on in waves and sort of linger and intensify. Strangely, most of the time, it wouldn't leave me feeling sore. Not only that, but it would come on randomly.
Now, it's more frequent and I feel like it's getting worse. I'm 15 and I've missed a lot of school because sometimes the pain is just so bad. I also feel nauseous in the morning and I can't eat in the morning. I have a little bit of gastritous (after visiting a GI, and finding out the pain isn't related) but I'm not sure if it's that bad, and if it's affecting whatever pain I'm having. I'm really stressed out from this and now I just want to know what's wrong.
I've seen many doctors, including 3 different urinologists, OBGYN, and a GI. I've had a kidney stone 2 years before, so that's the first thing I thought it was. After all the various testing, every doctor is sure that it's not my kidney. After being sent to the OBGYN by one of the other doctors, I find out that I have a ovarian cyst, but it's on my right side and went away quickly at the beginning the school year.
I'm currently seeing a chiropracter, thinking it might be my muscle, but they're pretty sure that it's not. They think it might be my gastritous, or my spleen(I've had many different x-rays and tests, so I think my spleen has nothing to do with the pain I'm having, but I'm open to anything.)
It's the end of school, and I really want to be well for next year, so if anyone has any suggestions, it's very much appreciated. Thank you. : )
