A month and a half ago I get injured; I sprain my ankle when I was training. I start with lots of ice and then when it does not reduce the pain I start with therapy. My ankle problem start not being my problem because it starts healing but my feet start developing a new injury. I have now no ankle pain, but my feet starts hurting a lot when I walk barefooted or when I bend my feet in training. I want to know what it could be and what I have to do to recover faster.
