i have had itching on the outer part of my vagina for a couple of months now.
its on one tiny part and doesnt itch anywhere else.
i asked a friend to look as its in a really akward spot and there is apparently a small red lump and what looks like an ingrowing hair.
would a hair cause severe itching? another post on here says it might be chlamydia? i am really worried. i dont sleep around or anything like that...

  • Yes, this happens to me too, more than often. They itch like crazy. It is rarely that an STD would appear as just one bump. And even if it does, they are not just plain red, they are specific - hpv look like warts and herpes look like blisters that ooze clear liquid and later they scab. and ingrown hairs can appear both in these private parts as well as on legs. they may not get infected to itch but if bacteria ends up in there, then it's an itchy mess. I'm glad you had solved your problem, I added my2cents for the incoming visitors with the same issue.
