Increased Hunger and Asthma

I have symptoms, every day, where I get an increased appetite that is very difficult to satiate which is accompanied by tightness in the chest. If I go without eating, it'll degenerate into a full blown asthma attack. The doctors find this strange but have yet to give me, or try to find an answer.

I just had a scratch test done for allergies and nothing came up that was food related. I also thought it was hypoglycemia, but I don't have extremely low blood sugar (typically 80 - 120). My thyroid is also normal as of my last test.

Please, if anybody has a similar problem or knows the answer, tell me! I need to get my life back to normal.
