If your blood pressure readings at rest read, on average, 125-130/79-85, and then increase to 135-140/85-90 during physical activity, is there a reason for concern? When is it considered hypertension? At rest or during physical activity?

  • Your BP should be taken at rest with arm level with heart! Too many just slap on the cuff and go. Any activity WILL affect your BP! Sounds like yours is fine!!!
