Hey everyone. I have a question about some symptoms I've been having. I wonder if anyone can help, or has had similar stuff in the past. A few months ago I noticed that my stomach (more so on the right side) will gurgle after meals for a couple of hours, on and off. Sometimes it's in the lower portion, sometimes up near my ribcage. I don't have much pain, except for maybe an occasional one now and then. It's hard to describe the feeling, other than to say that it almost feels like I have diarrhea, yet most of the time, my bowel movements are normal, other than some occasional cloudy liquid or some air bubbles here and there. I don't think it's something like appendicitis, since it's not a constant thing or pain, and I'm not sure if it could just be gas or something. Some days I barely notice it, some days, such as today it gets extremely uncomfortable and concerning. Could it be something like IBS? Or should I be concerned. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for any help.It could be IB--diarrhea dominant. That or leaky gut syndrome. Even IBS has many causes such as parasites and such and underlying conditions. I recommend doing your own research first and then finding a gastroenterologist. And just to let you know--I have been struggling with this for almost 6 years now and doctors can't really tell me what is exactly wrong with me--mostly because I have that accompanied with many other amplitude or problems. The important thing out of all of this is trust your gut and keep doing your own research until you find a doctor who can really help you. Do not settle for doctors who will just put a bandaid over your symptoms and treat you short-term. You need to find a long-term solution. Try probiotics and perhaps consultation with a nutritionist. I know that helped me awhile back, but unfortunately I had to stop because it was really expensive. If you have the money, I recommend doing that but you need to find the right help.
