Inability to Concentrate

Around the middle of February this year I came down with the flu, much like the rest of my office. I was bad about fighting it off because I kept going out with friends and not allowing myself to really get well. It finally passed and I only had a little bit of a cough, and dizziness. Which my sister too said she had when coming down from the flu.

Well the cough left with some antibiotics and the dizziness has stuck with me. I thought it was my eyes maybe and i renewed a long over due eye perscription, but it remains.

it's a strange dizziness, unlike vertigo, I am able to walk and be active just fine. But when I am sitting still, for instance in the car, I will stare off to distant object but find it difficult to concentrate on them without slipping into a "daydream" like state. I do it way too often now. At times it's almost like a permanent sinus headache.

I have researched a bit and believe that I could be a bit anemic, because on top of the "dizziness" I have found myself a little more fatigued and even more so out of shape feeling. (My mother believes that my sister too is anemic)

Maybe the flue sorta sent me over the edge and really intensified the anemia?

Has anyone heard of something similar?
