lower back ache, stomach cramps, stomach very bloated, pain in the back of legs (I look six months pregnant) I am not, had hysterecomy 4 yrs ago, but ovaries were left.
Went to see Doctor again! water test this time,(came back clear)last year went to hospital with severe flank pain they thought it could have been a kidney stone, had ultrasound on kidney, referred back to GP, two doctors said they thought it was IBS. Couple months ago having discomfort underneath, also waking in the night with severe stomach pains.
Can anyone help?

  • Why did you have a hysterectomy? How are your stools? If you have been diagnosed with IBS you need to have major stool issues. Please describe your stools in detail. How is your urination? Do you have any history of UTI"s? I don't understand when you say you are "having discomfort underneath" - please explain. Best wishesDOM

  • They need to test your stools. In particular they should test for parasites, giarrdia, clostridium difficile infection, candida, bacteria, etc. Have they ever diagnosed you with endometriosis? Have you ever had problems with fibroids or cysts? How old are you? Best wishesDOM
