I seem to have a problem with the food I am eating. About 1-4 hours after I eat I get this kind of fuzzy brain feeling. I can't think straight. My spelling goes down hill. It almost feels like I am brain dead and my mind is hollow I am just here. I get tired. Then I start getting really bad mood swings. It usually starts as feeling kind of anxious, then annoyed and angry and depressed, then sucidal. Usually I can pick up on it, and if I eat something it goes away. Its almost anytime I eat something sugary. I also have constant random stabbing pain all over my body. I tested postive for uric acid. But its not at a high enough level to treat it. I also have acid reflux I did get on adhd pills but it helped with some. But the brain fog and other things are still there. I am also having really bad diarra for the last month or so. For about two days it smelled like acetone and it was really seedy. Now I am still having loose stool but it has yellow orange oil in it. Sometimes if I don't it or I just wake up I feel like I am kind of high. I am also on a diffrent kind of adhd med now. I am waking up 3-4 times a night and my heart will start hurting for no reason, mostly with physical execrtion like washing the dishes or going up stairs. A lot of it is more extreme around period time. Can somebody please help me get pointed in the right direction as to what it might be.

(ones insulin is released to help balance the glucose eg sugar/carbs.. first your glucose levels are raised and after that, insulin.. i think your time period there may fit). Apparently this issue can cause all kinds of health issues and diarhearr and bloating/excess wind is common with it.http://www.agale.com.au/PANDORA.htm im currently ungoing diagnoses for this (had 2hr insulin testing done recently, you need a 2 hr insulin test in response to glucose) as specialist thought i have it and it may be responsible for my bad mood swings. Insulin in too large amounts is poisonous and a toxin.

  • Hello,No, you're not going nuts and you're not the only one to experience this. I had the same terrible experience for many years until I finally found a natural type doc who correctly diagnosed me. I am allergic to wheat and dairy. In particular, when I eat wheat I get these symptoms to an extreme degree. I can't think clearly at all and it's exhausting to say the least! It goes away when the allergen (wheat usually) leaves my body. There are many gluten free choices on the market. I suggest you try going wheatless for a while (6-8 weeks or so) and see how you feel. Then you could try going dairyless the same way. If necessary, try some other possible offending foods like this too. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, you are not absorbing vitamins and minerals properly. These are absorbed through the intestine which is in a state of inflammation with food allergies. Therefore, given enough time, you will become deficient in various vitamins and minerals. Supplementation will do little good as they will not be able to be absorbed either. Correct the food allergy/intolerance by removing the offending food and your intestines will heal allowing you to absorb vitamins and minerals from the foods you eat, naturally. It would also allow you to absorb any supplements you're taking as well. One more thought. It might be candida. Usually candida, if it gets bad enough, will cause food allergies/intolerances in addition to Chronic Fatigue (CFS), Fibromyalgia, and many other health problems. Some may occur at the same time or just one at a time. Depends on your body and the level of candida infection. You can look up symptoms on line. I suggest you research it. Candida diet, rotating antifungals, etc...Just as an example, in my case, candida that I got from antibiotic use (it only takes once), caused me to develop wheat and dairy food allergies/ intolerances, hypothyroidism, exczema, chronic fatigue syndrome, and fibromyalgia. At the very least you should do some colon cleanses to help release some toxins you surely have in your colon. A colonic would help you feel better right away but a colon cleanse from your local health food store would also help you feel better, just takes a bit longer. I hope you feel better soon!

  • i got my insulin test results back and found out insulin isnt involved in my issues. (at least i finally know that). So my issues are just my CFS. my heart will start hurting for no reason, mostly with physical execrtion like washing the dishes or going up stairs. A lot of it is more extreme around period time. Do you know if your heart is beating too fast or a lot faster than normal during these episodes?
