I've had hypertension for a few years now, but I'm not sure of this bothersome condition I have is related to it or not. Lately, every so often, I can actually see my blood vessels in my eyes pulsate. Not by looking in a mirror - I actually see the pulsations through my eyes as I'm looking out forward. It doesn't do it very long, or very often, but when it does, its very freaky. I also have had "floaters" in my eyes for years, and they seem to crop up when I sneeze, cough hard, or exert myself some otherway. I'm not as concerned about the floaters, but the pulsating blood vessels is really odd.
