I remembered vividly having problems writing when I was quite younger. It has since been not just a struggle but an embarrassment
that has caused me so much shame amid my pearls. It is my inability to write legibly and with ease because of the shaky hands that
runs in my family. My grandmother as well as my mother suffered from it. Now it is my turn!
Unfortunately I find it very difficult to live with it, that is why I need solutions. While reading online, I saw a site some recommended Stopshakyhands.com but it is no longer accessible. Can someone please help me?

Can someone please help me?Hi,I have also shaky hands and I was told it was something called "essential tremer" it happens when you are trying to do something like pick up a glass or try and do something which requires dexterity. im not sure if this is that same for you but you could ask you GP about it.I was told that the only thing you can do about it is take tablets. I havent yet, Im not sure if its hereditary but one of my siblings has it a bit, although I think the effect on you socially doesnt help.

  • you should consult your doctor and you can take Vitamin B12 Deficiency since such symptoms are found due to lack of this vitamin. You can see a nutrition to include food with have B12 in it.

  • This is because the tiny muscle fibres in our hands and arms constantly contract and relax at random and creates lot of problem when we tended to writing, holding a cup of coffee. So in my point of view you need to get consult with expiereinced doctor.
