I'm a 20 year old male, and for the past 2 months I've had worsening symptoms. It started out with my legs and arms going asleep easier than usual if I leaned on them. Then, when I would walk outside I'd frequently have a sensation of cold water being poured down my legs. After that, I had raindrop sensations all over.

My stools have little white/tan globules, and have had them for the duration of my symptoms.
Most recently my ring and pinky fingers on both hands have felt weird/bad coordination.
I've had numbness behind my knee caps, and muscle weakness all over.
My heels have a burning sensation occasionally.
My mouth/eyes/nose have all been very dry for the duration of my symptoms.
I've seen a doctor and neurologist, they did blood work, brain and spine MRIs, all came back normal. Does anyone have any idea what this is? They checked for HIV, aids, Sjograns, antibody count, MS, and all were negative. Now they're about to check for Lyme. Prior to these symptoms I had lived in an apartment with filthy roommates and it was infested with roaches and probably bed bugs, and they had 2 cats and a ferret that they rarely cleaned up after. I moved out May of this year and then my symptoms started. Could this have a connection to anything? Can someone please help : ( I feel like I'm dying

  • I have some of your symptoms and have been diagnosed with mono (epstein bar virus). I've had it for over a year. Have you been tested for multiple sclerosis?

  • Have you ever had any kind of steroid injections, back surgeries or truama? These symptoms sound like symptoms of Arachnoiditis. Look it up and see if you have any of the symptoms.

  • Regarding the history of living with cats...the white globes in the stool could be parasites, which can be diagnosed by a stool test. Weird skin sensations as you've described, can also be due to parasites.
