Well where do I begin. About one year ago is when it all started. Before I list my symptons I want to mention that I have been to many doctors and even mayo clinic in minasota. I am 25 years old and am missing out on my life. My symptons include shortness of breath somedays, a strange cracking in my head or neck when I turn my head, my urine is dark yellow, sometimes dizzyness, when I press down on my shoulders, neck, chest It painful, i have woken up in my sleep where both my arms felt like they were broken and I had weird pressure to my head, headaches, a strange feeling thoughout the day (its hard to explain, just very hard to live with), sensitive fingertips (when I press something with my fingertips its kind of a tingleing feeling), weakness, confusion, srange feelings in my right arm. I don't know what to do. All the doctors thought it was depression or anxiety. I have taken several medications and it just made it worse. THATS NOT THE PROBLEM. Please help me. I know its something physical.

  • Some of your symptoms sound like ones I am having. I have an appointment with a cardiologist because of the shortness of breath and the dizzy spells I've been having. It is very scary, I know, and frustrating when you've been to so many doctors and no one can find a reason. Please keep trying. Maybe an internal medicine specialist who specializes in diagnoses could help you. Just a thought, I know everyone isn't spiritual, but I prayed for guidance and today I found a doctor who would see me tomorrow and is the chief of heart failure at a major hospital. I can't believe that's a coincidence. Just something for you to think about.

  • dear jim....you are telling my story!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only difference was, I went to Roswell in Buffalo NY to be tested for Carcinoid Cancer which I was told I had by 5 different doctors....I was sick A LONG TIME!!!!!...I was told I was a medical mystery after no cancer was found.Truth is, I found a REAL doctor who diagnosed me with chronic fatigue syndrome...I had over 75 symptoms and testing came back to confirm it after EVERYTHING else had been ruled out.I came to this forum back in March....very sick....all your symptoms and then some. My doctor gave me the diagnosis and 2 prescriptions...one for pain and one for anxiety...which are not diagnoses...they are symptoms of something bigger.Eatafruit78 as well as others here in this forum suggested NAET/Bioset therapy.I have been for only 6 sessions and my symptoms are 90% resolved. If you continue with traditional docs, medicine...I assure you it will not help...they will only offer "pills" to "mask" your symptoms.Find this therapy near you...there are practicioners world-wide...My fiancee is going for himself after seeing me "come back to life" in the past few months. He says it is miraculous...he's even telling others about it...Jim, it works no matter what the doctors tell you your "diagnosis" is.I'm a nurse and was very skeptical to say the least....but I was desperate...I would have hung a dead goat over my bed if I thought it would help.I went....best move I ever made...hope it helps you tooget your life back....go to NAET/Bioset...you won't regret it!!!Be well and good luck...mommy cat

I know its something physical. First of all, how much pure spring water are you drinking daily? Dark urine is a sign of dehydration - you should be drinking at least 60oz of water a day to stay hydrated...is your urine ALWAYS dark? or just in the am? Have you had a complete urinalysis done? I'll assume you have had xrays and ct scans done, and they are all negative? Are you currently on any medications, including birth control pills or and iud? (couldn't tell if you are male or female - I am guessing male:o ) Did you recently stop taking any medications prior to the start of this problem? Any known injuries or accidents prior to the onset of your problem? Any history of asthma, cough, or any upper respiratory illnesses? Rhabdomyolosis is often a side effect of certain meds, especially statin drugs. I think this can be diagnosed by urinalysis - is this correct, RadSkw? Mommycat - I am SO glad you are doing better with the Bioset/NAET treatments. NAET is GREAT! I am going to LA next weekend to take the first seminar...I too have had great results with this treatment! My last thought is to find a good chiropractor who may be able to get you back on track. If you can find one who also practices NAET or Bioset, then better. Or try acupuncture. Complimentary or Alternative medicine can really help alot of people, especially when Western allopathic docs have no answers. THIS DOES NOT MEAN IT SHOULD REPLACE WESTERN MEDICINE...it works best when used integratively. Best wishesDOM

  • I am a 25 year old male who was perfectly healthy. I use to wrok out, play a lot of sports, and be very social. I have had all the test you mentioned from cat scans, MRI, ECG, Blood flow, and many more. Mayo clinic did a great amount of blood and pee test. I am on no medications and was not taking any at the time this happend. I was on anxiety meds for like 8 months, I tried all different kinds. It just made things worse because I still had my same symptons and also the side effects of the meds. PLEASE HELP ME you guys are all I have. I lost my girlfriend of soooo long because of this:( :( :( , I dont blame her I can't do anything. I go to work and pretty much suffer all day, come home, and go to bed. My head feels heavy and foggy its so weird...its not like a pinful headache but a differnt feeling. What the ***l is it? the cracking in my neck or head I dont know, may have something to do with everything. If you stood next to me and I rotated my head from side to side you can hear it go crrrrrrraaack. I dont know...I have lost all hope until I posted this. You guys made me cry because of some of your feedback. Everyone thinks im crazy but I know the way I feel and something is wrong. Im sorry but I ruled out depression or anxiety. Of course I am depressed because of the way my head feels every day. why when I press down on my shoulder blade, chest, kneck, and other body parts do I get a sharp paine in those areas...depression..I dont think so. I only pee about once a day in the moring and its light brown with king of funny looking. I am not a hypocondrioc this is what is happeing. I do have a lymph node on the left side of my neck that has been there for a few years. All the doctors said it was ok but I never had an x-ray on it. I need help, I am 25 and I just want my life back. I have spent a lot of money and nothing has changed in 1 and 1/2 years. how do I find a good chiropractir, Naet or Bioset doctor? what is Naet and bioset? thanks...please help I am desperate.

  • peeing once a day isnt good, that and dark urine.. has me thinking you may not be drinking enough fluids. Dehydration can cause "weird feelings". How much in a day do you drink????? and of what??? Things like coffee or alcohol dehydrate. I've had CFS for over 10 yrs and have been involved in CFS communities for many years, I dont think you have CFS from what you've said. CFSers will usually go talking about sickness and exhaustion..things which aint on your list there or if you suffer from them, aint as much of a problem. I also suggest a chiropractor to check your neck out and what is going on there with the cracking.

  • You only pee once a day? Do you have your labwork from those docs? These are the tests for the above-mentioned rhabdomyolysis. I would suggest these tests if they have not already been done. You may be harming your kidneys. A urinalysis may reveal casts and be positive for hemoglobin without evidence of red blood cells on microscopic examination. A urine myoglobin test is positive.A serum myoglobin test is positive.A CPK is very high.A serum potassium may be very high (potassium is released from cells into the bloodstream when there is cell breakdown).

  • Thank you Acuann!! That site is very informative but not every practicioner is listed there:) You can do a search engine with NAET and your town or nearest city. Also, I did Bioset which is similar and those practicioners are listed seperately Best of luck...let us know how it works for you!!

I have been doing NAET for 6 months and it has changed my life. Holistic doctors are the only way to go, I have been to millions of "traditional" doctors and they all keep poking and prodding and testing me and telling me that I'm fine, when CLEARLY I'm not fine. Then they just want to give me a pill to mask the symptoms. It wasn't until I went Holistic in all aspects of my life and started NAET that things started to turn around. go to www.naet.com and do some research. It could change your life and it's TOTALLY non invasive, so why not to it?! Good luck.
