they've also given me somthing for acid reflux (oxy somthing, prilosec) but it barely helps, here's all my symptoms, if anyone has any clue it'd help, at least it might poitn me in the right direction. Starting with the most severe

3 abdomen pain, it can be located either front right, front, or front left of my belly arond the belly button area (no i dont have an appendix, taken out a few years ago)

4 acid reflux: i almost constantly have acid reflux, prilosec does sh... for it, tums works a tiney bit better.

5 limb pain usually left upper arm

6 migranes, usually located in the back cneter of my head or around righ ear

It could be neuralgia instead of migraines. I had the same thing, and an advice nurse told me to lay down comfortablly with the lights off, put a heating pad on the base of my neck, and a ice pack wrapped in a paper towel on my forehead, and take naproxin or motrin for about 15-20 minutes. To my surprise, this worked for me!I'm asking these questions because this seems somewhat similar to what has been happening to me. No doctors know what happened, but I know 100% for certain that all of my problems started as soon as I woke up from laparoscopic surgery to remove my right fallopian tube. They checked for endometriosis, gall bladder, and appendix for accute sharp stabbing pain right lower abdomen. After surgery, I have had bladder spasms, pelvic floor muscle spasms, obturator spasms, nerve pain all over my body. The thing that the doctors don't understand is that the pain comes and goes. Sometimes only lasts 30 seconds or a few minutes, but comes back once a minute. I may have a good week or day here and there. But when the pain hits, NOTHING can relieve the pain. They put me on antidepressants and tell me that they also help with nerve pain but they are wrong. I am not depressed, and neither are you. YOU ARE IN PAIN. Reading your story, I began to think I have intestinal spasms too, which cause partial or complete obstruction sometimes. This also causes constipation and nausea. I wake up in the middle of the night in extreme pain because it feels like my intestines, belly, abdomen, and ribcage is squeezed against my spine! During laparoscopic surgery, they cut your belly button, fill your abdomen with gas, move your intestines out of the way, and stick the tube with the camera down to the pelvic area. I have also read that during surgery, you can get a hernia in the abdominal wall or other abdominal/pelvic areas which cause extreme pain. I think that could be what happened to me, but I'm so scared to have another surgery for explatory purposes. Compressed nerves can cause nerve pain all over the body, and triggers muscle spasms. Then, the increased muscle/organ spasms cause additional nerve compression and subsequent pain felt along the nerve paths. Please answer my questions, and maybe we can help each other figure out what happened, what's wrong, and how we can get better. I know I want my life back too!

  • Hi i am just suggesting somthing as you have had no luck with help .have you doctors done a (sle ) lupus test? Or autoimmune (ana )test. Read under lupus to see if any symtoms are the same and see you doctorHave a kidney function test done. It sounds like a issue with hydrogen ion regulation. kidneys regulate hydrogen ion concentration in the blood ( high hydrogen ion concentration =acidic blood, low= basic blood). If you have a buildup of hydrogen ions in the blood it would explain almost all of your symptoms. the stomach makes acid (the only other way to get hydrogen ions out of the blood) to digest food, but in your case its likely making acid in an attempt to get it out of the blood. acidic blood would cause your muscle problems. also if the kidney is functioning improperly then ammonium disposal is affected, resulting in ureic acid crystaly in the blood which can deposit in the joints causing pain. There's a slew of things that can be wrong if the kidney is in trouble. I would look to the kidney in my opinion.

Read under lupus to see if any symtoms are the same and see you doctori understand your complete frusteration as i too had issues that doctors cant seem to figure out. so i gave up with typical doctors and now i see an iridologist (looks at eyes, tongue, and does reflexology finger taps) and he has helped alot. no pain killers, just herbs. try seeing one or even a reflexologist or accupuncturist. holistic medicine approach all the way! good luck.
