For the past few years I have had some weird issues. My stool has been slightly loose more times than not, I get stabbing stomach aches in my lower abdomen when I have to have a BM, I have constant nausea without vomiting and occasional headaches and lightheadedness. My doctor has said it is an anxiety thing due to the nausea without vomiting but a possible ulcer due to the stomach aches and weird bowel movements. Does anyone know if there is some common issue that would cause all these things? Thanks for the help!

  • You need to ask for a colonscopy and a small bowel x-ray with barrium. This is the only way to be sure you have nothing going on with your intestines. You should ask for a gatstroscopi as well. In adition you need to have a stool sample done (feCal test) to see if you have any inflammation, bacteria or paracites in your stool. You should also have a full white blood cell count done as well as a crp. Good Luck Kiera
