Please give me your advice, I am desperate for help. I have been feeling nauseous for about 8 months now. It feels like I have a bubble in my throat. I went to a GI doctor who did an upper GI endoscopy, and I was told I had GERD. My esophagus was dialated, and I also have a small hiatal hernia. I was on Nexium and Zantac for 6 month, but the medication didn't help at all. I have also been extremely fatigued and unable to work for the past month. I have also been experiencing constipation for as long as I can remember (at least 15 years). I am lucky if I go to the bathroom twice/week. All of my blood tests have come back normal. I also tried a gluten-free diet for 2 weeks, but didn't notice a difference.
I've had pretty much every test under the sun, except a stool sample. Could this be a parasite? Any advice or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks.
