My main symptoms are that about 10 to 30 min after I eat I will feel fatigued and hyper sensations all over my body and what I think is brain fog. I am 31 years old. I have ringing in my head all the time but it changes some through out the day and after a meal or exercise.
I am on a plant based diet right now because of all the intence sensations and some circulation problems I was having with meat. I suffer from anxiety when these symptoms get real bad and sometimes when not because I am often worried about this.
This is problem progressed over years, I left the city, then quit drugs, sweets, quit smoaking and now meat to be able to feel better from this all over time and it all worked for a while. I have had tests. Not thyroid, not suger, no brain mass. I sometimes think it's some kind of psychological stress disorder, depression/anxiety or hormonal condition that effects my circulation.
I'm afriad it could be something like Cerebral Hypoxia. I feel better or at least more confident taking cayenne pepper. It helps with the brain fog alot. I feel safer from the attacks I was having months ago and am getting by for now but fear that this problem will progress and I will be out of luck. After I eat I can sometimes feel pressure!!! all over and I do get left side chest pains and buzzing feelings on the right side of my head allmost every day.
I will be starting Lexipro this weak but my doctor thinks my depression and anxiety are triggered by somthing els. Thanks!!!!! :D
