hi im new here so please hang in there with me.

Im a 22 year old male. Ive been to the hospital 3 times in the past month with no answers.

it started last month with what i thought was a kidney infection, ended up with antibiotics (cipro) and after 5 days the kidney pain had stopped. But during that time I was at the hospital twice. First time I was told i was just having muscle skeletal pains and sent home. The second time they gave me a EKG and chest x-rays. Again told everything was okay and sent home. After about a week or so im back in the hospital feeling like ****. Did blood test, and lower back x-rays and was told everything was normal. told to call my doctor and sent home. I went to my doctor and he took blood tests saying it could be low b-12 . called me a few days later and said I have low Vitamin D and should start 2000 IU a day. Been doing that for the past week or so and still feeling the same.

The symptoms im having go as follow; lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain, Headaches, vision issues, Random pains throughout body. also im fatigue like and tired often. I was also having but has now stopped, Chills, hot flashes, couldnt sleep, shakiness.

Sorry if this is long. im just worried and dont know whats going on!
