I am 47 yrs old. I gave up smoking in January with the help of Chantix. This was the third time using this medicine all amazing results. But this last time I became severely constipated. So badly that I had bloodwork and an ultrasound done, all coming back normal. I immediately stopped the medication. I started eating prunes daily and started the activia regime. Well it worked, but seems to be reoccurring.
II have never had these many medical issues i. my life. 2 yrs ago I decided to really change my lifestyle. I gave up redmeat, anything carbonated, all takeout, as much processed foods as possible and joined a gym taking 3 classes a week. As a result I have lost over 50lbs and felt better than ever. The smoking was the final obstacle, and although I have managed to quit I have now never felt worse.
Continuous constipation, now I am waking up every night every night like clockwork and laying awake for like 2 hours even using sleepaids. I owe over $ 1000 l bills now and no one knows what could begoing on.
