Hi all,
I have been diagnosed with depression in the past. tho I dont think its depression... none of the meds seem to work for me. I think I have some degree of adhd. I was diagnosed with dyslexia... I dont think I have that either. My difficulties there come from not being able to focus and a dislike for learning at a young age therefore not properly learning basic english...anyway
Some symptoms i had as a child and still have:
rage(very intense), short temper, frustration, throat clicks, a need to keep moving / 'charged' and a depressed feeling (when I am not on the go). Also different degrees of bad anxiety.

What is the best way to approch getting help for this (as an adult)? I dont think my doctor is taking me seriously. thnks in advance
