This is kind of a long post so be prepared to read..
So my problem started about 2 weeks ago I had been undergoing a lot of stress due to family/financial problems and things like that. The weekend before I went to visit my brother and I felt fine, on the last day before I got to the subway to go back home I started feeling very dizzy/tired and unsettling feeling, heart beating rapidly, and clammy hands, slight chest tightness. When I got back home I still had the same symptoms and I felt even worse. I couldn't get to sleep until around 5am. The following days I had some of the symptoms but some of them slowly went away. I went to a clinic and then 2 days after I went to the ER to get some tests done. I told the doctors my situation and I came out negative on all the tests, the only thing that was a little off was my blood sugar so I drank some gadorades and felt a little better. My thyroid, heart, and there was nothing wrong with my liver or kidneys. They told me I have Anxiety and mild depression. Since then I haven't had any chills or sweats, I'm just constantly tired all the time and I don't know why, nothing feels right sometimes I will have weird sensations in my back or shooting pains up my arm, they aren't so painful to make me pop some pills but they are annoying and go away rather quickly. Yesterday my lower back started hurting when I went to sleep and went away after 10 or so seconds. Also my stomach feels slightly bloated sometimes and I can't quite put my finger on what I could have. I took an ibuprofen one day and It had a negative effect on me, but the thing is, I took motrin in the afternoon around 3pm and I took the ibuprofen at night time around 9-10 pm and I had started getting a cold sweat,fever,foamy saliva, my hands felt like they where dipped in ice buckets. It was at a friends place so I had to lay down and control my breathing till it went away. I'm not sure if it was because I was allergic or I had to much that day or it had to do with whatever illness I have. Since then I have been taking it easy and trying to eat the best I can and taking in a lot of water. I still feel like I'm dizzy sometimes, and mostly tired with the weird sensations, random belching/gas. It could be Anxiety, but it doesn't feel like it to me. I'm usually able to manage stress easily and cope with it somehow. I'm not overweight, and about 21 yrs old and I don't drink soda/smoke/ or do drugs. Hopefully someone has some ideas on what I could have or maybe I'm just going crazy.
