Hello to all,

I wrote many times about my strange pains, I have over 30 years.

I have pressure from the top of the head direct to the eyes and face. My face becomes swollen and eyes very sleepy.
I had all possible medical examinations. Doctors say, it is all from neck muscles. Very often pain comes from the bottom of the neck (there is pinched one nerve) and one part goes to the eyes and sinusitis maxillaris, other part goes to the right shoulder and upper arm.

I am hopeless and think only how to die as quick as possible.

Ms.Bobbie

Do these pains come and go sporadically or do you have this pain all the time? Chiropractic, acupuncture would be very helpful. Research NAET as it s possible that you have a food intolerance causing this problem, especially if it comes and goes. Do you wake up with this pain? Best wishesDOM

  • Could these be migraines? It took me a while to learn that the severe headaches I was having behind my eye and into my cheek were migraines- I thought they were sinus-related or from a toothache. Not so. The new school of thought is that migraines may be on a continuum with tension headaches, which often originate in the shoulders and neck.Just a thought.Sorry you are having so much pain.

  • Hello tanjaaus1, Sorry, I didn't answer before. I don't have my computer and yesterday was problem to login, here. About chiropractors: I have spent so much money from 1996 - 2002 and have visited 10 of them (they are here all from abroad). There was only one Neurologist, chiropractor that did help me twice a 6 months, from 1997-1999. After that he went away. Other are Othodpaedists and they have explained to me, that I have trigger points, sending pains all over: face, eyes, neck and shoulder. For that is not good to make massage, because it makes all worse. Many injections from them didn't help me either. Regards,Bobbie

  • Hello DOM, I have those pains all the time. The only thing that helps me are pills with hydrocloride. I have them until now (from England) but just yesterday I have got letter from my friends that there is a problem to send those pills. In Europe they are only in UK. Those pills have ephedrine and hydrocloride. They are for decongestion of mucuse membrane. Acupuncture helps me now when I know where to get acupuncture, but I have to pay them as a first, and second we don't have it here. During the years I have got more times acupuncture and always on the wrong places. They have to know right diagnosis (I had no right diagnosis) and to know where to give acupuncture. Now I know, but a bit too late. About food: I have problems with digestion tract. Gastroscopy has shown that is all right. My liver is not right. There are always some cysts. The same time, when I have pains my Urine is yellow dark. I have pains in the eyes when I wake up. I can't open them. As somebody told me coffee with lemon helps so I drink such a coffee in the morning. After that one Calcium. Regards,Bobbie

  • Hello Elke, I don't have Migrane. What I have is atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia. When I was 1998 at Neurologist (who is chiropractor) he has explained to me my pains: there is one muscle in the neck, makes compression to the nerve going into sinusitis; from sinusitis maxillaries I have Trigeminal Neuralgia (also maxillaries), what in fact means my pains come from the neck muscles. I still don't know why is wrong my neck muscle (always in tension)? Regards,Bobbie

  • Hello blaze, Thank you for link. I know that I am in wrong country and with wrong medical doctors. In my life there were only two Neurologists that have helped me: one in abroad other from abroad. That is reason I try many years to change all that. All for nothing! Regards,Bobbie

During the years I have got more times acupuncture and always on the wrong places. They have to know right diagnosis (I had no right diagnosis) and to know where to give acupuncture. Now I know, but a bit too late. An acupuncturist does NOT need to have a Western diagnosis in order to make a TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) diagnosis. A good acupuncturist with the proper training can actually help with your Western diagnosis. They are two completely different forms of medicine and we don't usually "treat" Western diagnoses per se. "always in the wrong places" - I don't understand this. Acupuncturists always use distal points in treatment, often treating on the foot if there is face pain for example. What makes you say this? There are good practitioners and bad ones. I still think it would be helpful. Also look into cranial sacral therapy and massage. Best wishesDOM

  • Hello Acuann, Thank you very much for reply. About therapy with acupuncture: there are 12 Meridians. That means it is not the same if doctor makes therapy of Liver Meridian, Kidney Meridian or any other Meridian. I was visiting this doctor (male) 1996. He just came from Sri Lanka where he came from China. He had there three years specialisation for acupuncture after he had finished University for medicine. When I came to him, he asked me where do I have the pain? I have told: in the face and neck. He gave me needles on the face (where is sinusitis maxillaries), on my hand and of course bottom on the leg (I don't remember all places). After 9 therapies I told him that my pains are the same and there is nothing better. He told me back: I don't know what in fact do you have (means, I had no right diagnosis)? My opinion is: without right diagnosis I can't get right therapy. It is logical or not? 2003, I was very sick and after lying in bed 7 days with no food and no water I have ended in the hospital. There I have stayed for 6 days. I should stay 8 days, but had pains all over head and in the eyes and face. No pill in the hospital did help me. I told to my doctor that I need urgent blockade and have to go to the Pain centre for injection. In fact I have escaped from the hospital. In Pain centre was new young female doctor. She didn't give me injection but started with acupuncture. On the place where is Point of Bladder (for muscles) and slowly I have felt better: for the first time. I went there one week only. After that I had many other problems and have forgotten to go again there and visit her. In June 2007 I have called Pain centre to ask if "my doctor" is there to give me acupuncture. She was away since two years (in abroad). I have then arranged with my previous doctor there (also female) and had 10 acupunctures. It was a bit better because I have told her where to give me acupuncture. You see, that the right therapy (even with acupuncture) must be on the right place. Kind greetings,Bobbie
