i'm a 17 year old female.
for quite a few years (probably since 6th or 7th grade) i've been experiencing sharp pains near my heart and ribcage. they last anywhere from 5 to almost 30 minutes. they occur without warning, and i could be doing anything.

recently, i've also been becoming suddenly angry. my hands will start to shake, and my breathing becomes labored. if i am sitting down, i will get up and pace, or start to reorganize things (i.e. the things in my purse, bookshelves) when i am with other people and this happens, i don't want to be talked to, or have people talk about me. if i hear people talk about what i am doing, my anger and activty increase.

i realize that some of these symptoms may be related to anxiety or panic disorders, but some don't fit.

  • Hello Blaze, I have a question for you. I live in apartment that is 350m away from several base stations (mobile phone anthenas). Is this a safe distance or not? What can be done to prevent any od non-thermal side effects. Peter
