22 yr old m pt with hemiparesis on left side since 3yr sudden in onset on examination higher function r normal cranial n r intact including 7th nerve. motor system examination all deep jerks were exagerrated on same side with plantar extensor response nd ankle clonus present.tone is increased in both upper nd lower limbs of same side.sensation stereognosis joint sensation vibration impaired on left side rest all sensatins r normal .gait is sensory ataxia type....what is ur diagnosis?

  • researchChronic Fatigue Syndrome it is neurologial and does what you are explaining I'm not saying that's what you have, just that it's worth looking into be well...mommy cat...sudden onset is also a clue
