I know it is most people's dream to be thin, but for me, its been a nightmare. I've been thin all my life. People call me anorexic, they call me all sorts of names. My dad is also on the thin side so I always contribute my skinnyness to him. My problem is I am a 27 year old asian female who weighs only 93lbs. My weight ranges between 93-95lbs. I eat 2meals a day, I eat a light breakfast, I do snack often. Ive tried protein shakes, Ive tried eating right before bedtime, but nothing is working!! I also do not exercise all that much. I would like to weigh more than 100lbs. I dont know what I should do anymore. This has been depressing me and giving me low self esteem. Maybe i have a medical problem, please help me!!
