I can't exercise too much without losing concentration afterwards

I've had this problem for a while. When I work out my metabolism speeds up so much that I can never get that full feeling and I have a hard time keeping my concentration and feeling grounded until my metabolism slows back down. I usualy only work out for 15 minutes which is enough to speed up my metabolism and not get ungrounded. I worked out a little bit more last night and I've ate double to tripple this morning to try and feel full, but it doesn't last for long. When the full feeling is gone I am very ineffective all together and real spacey. It seams like it's gotten worse over the years. I've asked a few doctors and they have had no idea even where to start.:mad::confused:

  • You may be having a drop in your blood sugar after you eat. You should get tested for diabetes.
