I'm not sure what is wrong! Reoccuring celulitis, bruising, fatigue, and bumps?

So lately I have been extremely tired and have been getting bruises all over my legs for no reason. I've been taking my iron pills for months so I know that that isn't the reason even though my anemia has never caused bruising before.

I have also many times in the past 3 years been diagnosed with celulitis. It is always in my chin. The doctors said that it could be because of A.) A pimple popping inward, or B.) Dead nerves that were killed when I chipped a tooth when I was seven (I'm 20 now). It keeps happening every few months and most times I need to be hospitalized because my red (or is it white?) cell count gets lower rather then higher so my body refuses to fight it off.

I have recently been getting these bump things on my inside of my mouth on my lip as well. They are not like cold sores but are these little white bumps that don't really hurt and can pop. I know it sounds gross!

So currently my symptoms include extreme fatigue, bruising especially located on my legs, celulitis that seems to be reocurring, and these little white bumps in my mouth on my bottom lip. If I go to the doctors all that is going to happen is I'll get i.v. antibiotics and then sent home, just to have it happen again.

Could it be something else? Why won't my body fight it off? They say that normal oral antibiotics work for most people but they never do for me. They have ran tests and know that I don't have diabeties and don't have HIV. Those were there two concerns at first.
