hello, one year ago I had the L5 and S1 vertebrae fused together (a grade two spinalothesis). The muscles in my lower back are all knotted up. I stretch my hamstrings daily and do my exercises on a regular basis but it doesn't seem to make an difference. There are not many activities I can do being that my lower back is so stiff. I have a hard enough time putting my socks on. I have been back to see my orthopedic, a chiropractor, and a massage therapist. I have been running out of options. Does anyone think it might be a possible infection in my back? Cancer? Please give me some advice.
