I am 20 and i keep waking up early

every morning i wake up at 7 with my heart racing and sweat its been like this for the last 2 months and i am not pregnant i dont know whats worng with me and honestly im scared i have a feeling that this is not normal for a 20 year old i dont know why it keep happening

  • You could be having a hypoglycemic episode while you sleep. Which means your blood sugar falls below a certain point after not eating for those hours you are asleep. Low blood sugar can give you the rapid heart rate and sweating. Try eating something just before you go to bed. If your not allergic to peanut butter, try eating pb or peanuts before bed. I think oj helps too, but it's acidic and might not sit well with your stomach. If the symptoms go away for that night/morning, then it is hypoglycemia.
