plz answer me
im a 27 yo women.
since i can remember sometimes when im really tired and i cant sleep i feel chills that are really scaring me all over my body coming in an interval of a minute apart, i start thinking about happy not scaring things and manage to fall a sleep in the end due it continue till im asleep...
but its really scary and i want to know if its normal?? and why its it happening from a scientific point of view
btw my mom had schizophrenia and my sister is suffering from anxiety and i had a few episodes of depression during my life
