I have reactive hypoglycemia, and have eaten nearly no sugar or grains for almost a year. Whenever I did eat sugar or grains, I became hypoglycemic for threeish days, including fatigue, anxiety, shakiness, hunger, and so on. However, two days ago, I had a piece of cake for my dads birthday. I crashed the first day, sleeping a lot of it off and eating small meals. The second day was even worse though. My regular hypoglyvemia led to me hyperventilating and fainting. Afterwards, my hands, feet and face were extremely yellow. What happened? Why did I hyperventilate and why was I so yellow afterwards? Has anyone experienced this before?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
