Hungry, dizzy when not eating, and gain of weight

In the past month I've been eating a lot more than normal and I mean about double more than I used to. I've been eating a lot of peanut butter, bread, fruits, veggies, cheese, and occasional meats and chocolate a few times a week. I eat probably every three hours and continue to eat over a two hour or so period. If I'm not eating, I get so dizzy and lightheaded that I feel like I'll just pass out. This is caused me to gain some weight (5-10lbs) even though I walk at least three hours a day and do other exercise as well. I can't figure out why I've been so hungry recently and I've been tested for thyroid problems multiple times so I know it's not that. Any help would be great, thanks.
