A dermatologist put some type of acid on the bottom
bridge of my nose to help remove a pimple scar. But
the acid left a brown scar mark. He then told me to
use hydroquinone (bleaching cream) in the evening and
a steriod (alclometasone dipropionate cream) in the
day to remove the scar. I did that but after a weak
the area became blistered and very red. The
dermatologist said dont do anything more, the scar and
redness will go away after 6 months. Well 14 months
have past and the top layer of skin has completely
healed. But a red blood spot under the skin remains at
that spot on my nose. It is most noticeable when sun
light or any kind of light hits it. Its is embarrasing
and unsightly because it is on my nose. I tried lazer
treatmeant for once a month for 5 months straight with
only little change. More than a year has passed since
the blistering episode, and I think the problem should
have went away by now. I'm worried it will remain as a
permanent blemish on the middle of my face. Can anyone
please help me with a remedy?
