How to describe...brain hiccup??

so, I'll get these seconds of brain hiccups (for lack of better explanation!) that leave me with spots in vision and dizziness, and a momentary sensation of unbalance, etc... just a second or 2... nothing more, and I'll have them for a few minutes or hours, but they come and go.. usually a few minutes between, and when I am laying in bed. Seems to be only when I am laying down, and calm.... and only lasting a quick second. Very fast.

Very strange, and I don't know how to describe it to my doc. I do have migraines, but have found no correlation, and have had several CT scans for migraines, and nothing strange has shown up.

Anyone else? any ideas?
