Hi, Let's cut straight to the chase.....
I have rheumatic Fever, I'm 26 and have had it for almost 2 years....oh joy!
I take or rather took pennicilin twice a day every day up untill a week or 2 ago. then i ran out, i am still out, i have no prescription but will be getting one soon i hope, so my question is how long can i go without that stupid little orange pill before i get "the fever" again?, and what will happen when it does return.

  • You could go to the hospital and also infect others, along with causing greater heart damage. Perhaps you should see an infectious disease specialist and make sure you are on the proper meds. I imagine you build up a tolerance to it and the meds should be switched around every several months, but I'm not a doctor...just thinking what makes good sense.
