A brief on the findings:

I'm a 19years old male. 9-10mths ago I handled a heavy load and things keep getting worse.

Am diagnosed with Mild posterior disc bulge C3/4, 4/5, 5/6 shown in my MRI.
X-Ray shows Mild Scolosis and previously shown abnormality in between my hips (Doctor said it was an early sign of imflamation but its ok now).
Diagnosed of eye dryness and migraine(?).

Given lots of assortments of painkillers (pink, blue, white, etc)
Consumed 3-4mths of B12 vitamins (didn't help)
Given Epilim Chrono to be consumed for 2mths (Useless)
Given Amitriptyline to be consumed for the past 3mths already. (Help to reduce numbness to a small extent but feels more pain as a result.)

Current conditions from head to toe:
Back of head extremely hurt with numbness shooting up from my neck occasionally (usually last for 2days). Dizzyness and headaches are rather common. MRI appears normal.

Seeing many black spots as if its raining under bright settings or like a spoilt TV image in darkness. Bright spots pop up frequently in either eye. Lately I see flashes of light at the corner of my left eye as I roll my eye ball in the dark at times. Discomfort in my eyes.

Neck hurts. Frequently had stiff neck. Pain radiates around my neck and shoulder. Random twitches on my chest, arm and fingers. Numbness to my fingers and occasionally my fingers vibrate. My neck and hand make sudden actions on its own at times. Like when I'm driving, my left hand would suddenly "jump" as if its excited.

Lower back hurts easily because of a weak muscle I guess. Had a fall 4years ago and had backstrains easily ever since. Feels abit of numbness at my back. MRI shows no nerve being damaged.

My hip is slightly numb. Leak drops of urine day and night. Visits the toilet at least 5times before I sleep (every 5-10mins). I drink about a litre of water a day. Everytime I urine it feels as though I can't empty my bowel. My worst experience was to keep visiting the toilet from 11pm to 1:30am and I force myself to sleep by poping an Amitriptyline. I have difficulty stopping the flow of the urine on my own. It's really terrible. No urine infection.

Pain at the back of my knee and weakness in my legs. Both feets are always numb. Amitriptyline only reduce the numbness to my thigh, hip and lower back.

These symptoms appears when my neck hurts. Everything is especially more intense when I lie down to sleep. Feels more comfortable sleeping on one side of my body. Surprisingly when my neck doesnt hurt, the conditions are way better. I really want to know whats going on and get a cure. Its really affecting my life.

Would really appreciate if anyone can advise me. Many thanks.
