Horrid Abdominal Pain

This is my last cry for help. I have had all tests done, exploratory surgery, blood work, nothing...I'm 22 years old. I get extreme abdominal pain on my left side, and in the middle below my ribs. I've been to the emergency room 7 times because I usually start to vomit and pass out when the pain comes on. But I was admitted and they cannot find anything, I don't know what to do. I've been pegged as a drug seeker, and been told it's in my head, but I've been through some pretty painful things, and I know what real pain is. All the doctors keep telling me I am depressed or stressed out, and asking if something has happened to me mentally, but it hasn't! I am a very happy, vivacious person. I am starting to get very depressed though. I'm scared the pain will strike while I am driving and I may pass out, so I have my boyfriend and friends take me to work, I'm scared to drive. I've never been seriously ill in my life, the most serious things that have happened where a broken finger and removal of tonsils, and other normal things. I am sick of having to take painkillers, and I am sick of being a burden on my family. I just want my life back. Yes, I have been to the best doctors in my area. The last resort is the Mayo Clinic I would suppose. I am serious when I said every test, gallblader, ct scans, contrast, ultrasounds, blood work, I can't take it anymore. Please anyone help.
