I'm a 59 year old male..220 lbs...6'2"...smoker...with pyroyisis(sp)...and no prior injuries or trama...this started about 2 years ago and has gotten progressively worse........When i start walking i can get in some cases less then a block and my hips begin to get stiff and makes it very uncomfortable to walk...with moderate pain...to the point where i have to stop and let it calm down for a minute or two then i can walk again for a short distance and the samething over again..i do not get winded at all...its just my hips stiffen up and i have to stop....have no idea of what is causing this....sure frustrating because otherwise in great shape...anyone else having or had this condition that could lend some advise.....please help..........Dave Barnes.....my email address is email@example.comReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
