It first started with dizzyness a few months ago. Also vision changes/ loss of vision
I must tell you i have pesudo tumor ceribri. So the vision loss was not unheard of for me. I have however been in remission with it for over 5 years. This vision change is diffrent though. i lose vision on the outside almost like a circle at first. then it all goes. comes back a few mins later. Slowly the dizzyness started getting worse. i would get severly light headed and have to grab onto things. Now i have actually passed out 5 times. " meaning i have woken up on the ground not aware of what happend. The dizzyness/lightheaded comes way morefrequently.. basically every time i walk. Im also getting new symtoms clamy hands i will get extremly cold my body starts shaking. Every time i have actually passed out i have lifting my hands up when yawning streching something to that effect. After i have a "episode" i am told i slurr my speech i cannt remember things for a few hours afterwards. Almost the mimic of a stroke. But i am not having one.
I am seeing my primary. a nuro and a card Doctor.
I have had:
Several diffrent cat scans. - high contrast
24 hour urine collections.
X rays
tons of blood work.
Hut-= head up tilt table.
All my test came back normal. With the Hut they mimicked what happens to me. In a lying postion my BP is normal 130/85 As soon as they started raising me it jumped to 170/90 not even a min later it was 210/110. By the time they got the table back down to normal position my BP went back down to 165/90 then 3 mins later it was back down to normal 130/85.
My heart doctor has totally ruled out the heart. he is suggesting its nurologic
