High ANA misscarriage diarrhea

Several MDs have discovered that I have a high ANA. After having two miscarriages I was referred to a rhumetologist who says that nothing is wrong (not Lupus, rheumetoid art, etc). My father has graves disease but my thyroid tests have been normal.

I don't have any join pain but have had a consistent bout of diarreha/loose stool and excessive gas over the last several months.

A few years ago, I was hospitalized because I became disoriented and was stuttering (they thought I had a stroke). I had a series of test and the only thing that came out positive was the ANA. After some follow up they indicated that nothing was wrong. I am very concerned because I would like to try to get pregnant again and also because the diarreha and gas is impacting my life.
