in 2003 I Had What They Called A Thallamic Stroke. Left Me 75% Blind Left Sided Weakness. At That Time They Diagnosed Me With What The Call Degenerative Disc Disease And Have Already Surgically Fused 1 Spot In My Neck. Since Then Alll You Know What Has Broke Loose With My Body. In The Last 2 Weeks Out Of No Where My Feet Blew Up To The Size Of Mellons And All They Could Do Was Give Me A Shot For The Pain And Tell Me To Get Back In My Chair And Stay Off My Feet. I Elevate Them Whenever Possible With No Relief. All The Drs Have Done Since Then Is To Say Its Connected To My Spinal Condition And Add Even More Pain Meds (its Gotten To The Point If I Have To Go To The Er I Just Take The Whole Bag Of Pills With Me Rather Than Rattle Them Off). I Know Have No Control Over My Left Leg If I Do Try To Stand On It Or Move It All The Whole Leg Does Is Drag. I Have Also Lost Most Of The Control Over My Left Hand At Times It Spasms Out Of Control And Nothin I Do Helps. Any Ideas Anyone I Am So Frustrated I Could Scream At This Point. As It Is All I Can Do Is Cry, From This Chair I Cant Do All The Things I Once Did To Care For My Family Or Even My Friends. Just To Go To My Porch For A Little Air Is A NightmareReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
