herbal help for menopause?

does anyone have ideas for herbal remedies in pill form for menopause treatment besides black cohosh & ***g quai?

  • I found switching to Soy Milk, only the milk made from the whole bean (ie Vita Soy) eased my menopause to almost unnoticable; it has natural estrogens which help the body. I used to drink a glass a couple of times a day, also have it on breakfast cereals. I hope this helps.

  • This is very interesting and this information made me really happy as I was suffering from menopause and I am in search of herbal products for treatment .Luckily i got in to right place.

  • I found that Black Cohosh and Ginseng made me feel a whole lot worse. Although Estrogen has been given a bad rap, it's worth inquiring about.Teresa
