My 12 year boy is experiencing fever, weakness, dry cough and malaise for past two days
constant fever, high temperature and shaking chills
throbbing headache, runny nose and some cough
not been eating well since past 4-5 days
small pink vesicular rashes on his torso (chest) Similar rashes are also present
on the hands and leg.
Increase respiratory and pulse rate
Increase temperature 40 ˚C
Abdomen – Liver is enlarged 2 cms
Throat – mild redness of the tonsilse but not enlarged What would be your diagnosis?
