I'll try and keep this short. Become progressively ill over the last 3 yrs. Been of tons of docs (all streams, specialities), no one able to diagnose.

Symptoms (and some have changed over time so will just talk of current)

1) Cannot digest anything fat - more than a tiny tiny bit and face breaks out and have diarrhoea

2) cannot digest 90% foods I used to be able to - yeah am not exaggerating...all proteins out...fruits and veggies ok

3) severe constipation - but this one is strange. It takes hours and multiple times a day before I can go to sleep around 3am

4) lost a lot of hair

5) face coverd with boils and

body ache, fatigue, lost 25 lbs wt in 1 yr (now 90 lbs). Am female 32 yrs.
bones hurt, chronic dehydration, hungry but nothing to eat. Did I mention that all this has me severely stressed.

For a while I thought perhaps candida or parasites or mercury toxicity but none of that.

Tons of tests. No one thought of celiac last 3 yrs. Been reading and after begging to get tested, doc agreed (most times comment is nothing is wrong with you), became hypothyroid last yr (after becoming hyperthyroid for a while) - am on glandulars.

Not celiac (per blood test) Only test remaining is pancreatic insufficiency- i read up on this and symptom is unable to digest fat. I have tried tons of diff enzyme prods - no help.

Any suggestions for other tests?
