Hi
Iv been to the doctors and they don`t know, they sent me onto other people...... Still no answers. Im a male aged 24

I have realy bad dizziness and feel light headed, almost passed out feeling. Some times things spin around me, other times I am spinning around them and also back and forth feeling. Blured vision and racing heart rate. Also when im sitting down im ok, when i get up after sitting down for along time I get dizzie. Then it`s ok for a bit once im standing then it gets realy unberible for a couple of hours (10) or so. This has been going on for about 4 Months and the last two week have been the worst.
(Sorry about the spelling) :)

Please help. It`s insane and driving me carzy.

  • Could be plenty of things. Simple & common things first- have you got any hearing problems (deafness or tinnitus (a buzzing sensation in one of your ears that is not coming from outside)?Has the doctor listened to your chest and what did they comment on the heart sounds? (could be a narrowing of one of the heart valves)

My ears get blocked somethimes, I have to yawn to unblock them, when I wake up in the morning I have flem that i cough up. My Doctor has not listened to my chest, I had high blood pressure for about a year (180 over 100,) it`s gone now thou. (120 over 80). David

  • In that case, it could well be something like labyrinthitis or benign positional paroxysmal vertigo
