I don't know what to do, I have this sever pain in my arch's of both feet and sometimes I completely lose sensation of my legs in the middle of the night. I wake up just crying and sobbing because the pain is so intense and sometimes it feels as if my body is giving me a warning. Any advice please?

  • If the pain is like pins & needles you shoud see a doctor ASAP. This is called neuropathy and it can be associated with some diseases, like diabetes. If the pain is achy, try some arch supports with the thinnest socks you have, and wear sturdy, lace-up shoes. You may have plantar fasciitis.
