For the past week and a half my hand has been waking me up 3/4 times with pain, this only happens on a night.
It even has its own pillow, just incase the circulation cuts off.
I am working night shift at the moment and finding it difficult to sleep. I just woke up with the pain to find my hand completley blue- looks like it has a blue glove on it...with the blueness starting in an almost perfect ring around my wrist!

i would be soooo grateful if someone could help.
I need my sleep. im desperate!!!
Thanksss :)

  • You may have raynauds which is a pretty serious condition that should be addressed by a rheumatologist as soon as possible. You may be having vasospasms which is a circulatory issue and often related to an autoimmune disease.
