im a very active 19 year old girl but my bones (fingers, shoulders, neck, back, knees, feet, etc.) are always popping. loudly. and its gotten to the point where i feel uncomfortable (as in feeling a crick) unless i pop every bone that has a crick in it...and its usually alot. My neck is definitely the worst. I can't even sleep on my back because its too uncomfortable for my neck. Some nights (this has happened only a few times) i've had trouble speaking because i feel such a large crick in my neck.
What's wrong with my bones?
and is the constant popping going to hurt me in the future?
