I have knock knee's and I'm a 29 year old year old who had ortho. knee surgery on my left leg . I have had nothing but trouble since. My back has gone bad...my other knee is now hurting, and my left leg is now a inch shorter than my right. I have degenaritive disc disease in L4,L5, S1 and osteopinia. The doctors don't know what's wrong with me. I have a three year old daughter and it's hard taking care of her. My doctors have even suggest neropathedic pain...which I am not depression! I wish it was that simple. Anyone have any suggestions?

  • Do you have a lift in your shoe to help balance your legs?Caffeine can contribute to osteopenia...avoid coffee and soft drinks. Sorry I don't know more about this. There are some back strengthening exercises that can help with the degenerative disc disease...Ask your doctor first:Basically, lie on your back, flex your knees, try to straighten out the lower back, and tighten buttocks. Hold for 15-30 seconds. This is an isometric exercise. Do it twice a day, 5-15 times (work up to it). Stretches help too. Good luck. Marionstar
